This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or collected by us, when interacting with you or our website.

This Privacy Policy is available free of charge on our website.

The information we collect

Personal information is information or an opinion, whether true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual who is identified or reasonably identifiable.

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Identity Data – name and professional details

  • Contact Data – email address and phone number

  • Financial Data – payment and billing details (processed securely via third-party providers such as Xero; we do not store credit card details)

We do not actively collect sensitive information. If we need to do so, we will obtain your consent where required by law.

How we collect your information

We collect personal information in a number of ways, including:

  • Directly from you (for example, via email, phone, or when you engage our services)

  • Automatically through our website (including analytics and website behaviour tools)

  • From third-party platforms (such as Xero, Google, or other service providers we use)

  • From publicly available sources

Why we collect, use and disclose information

We collect, use and disclose your personal information for purposes including:

  • Providing and managing our marketing services

  • Processing payments and managing accounts (via Xero or direct invoicing)

  • Responding to enquiries and support requests

  • Sending marketing communications (where you have opted in)

  • Improving and optimising our website and services

Personal information we manage on behalf of clients

As part of providing our marketing services, we may be engaged to manage a client's social media accounts, advertising accounts, and (where applicable) email marketing lists. In this context, we may access or handle personal information belonging to our client's customers or audience — for example, names, email addresses, or engagement data held within those accounts.

When we handle this information, we do so on behalf of, and under the instructions of, our client, who remains responsible for that information as the primary collector. We only use this information for the purposes agreed with our client, take reasonable steps to keep it secure while we hold or access it, and do not use it for our own independent marketing purposes without separate consent.

If you are the customer or audience member of one of our clients and have questions about how your information is handled, we recommend contacting that business directly, as they remain the primary point of responsibility for that data.

Marketing and advertising

We may use your personal information to send marketing communications where you have opted in.

We currently use Google Analytics and Crazy Egg to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance. We do not currently use tools such as Meta Pixel, but if we introduce advertising tracking or retargeting tools (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing) in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that, and those tools may track your browsing behaviour across websites and devices.

You can manage your advertising and analytics preferences via Google Ads Settings and your browser's cookie settings.

Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • IT and service providers (including website hosting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Crazy Egg)

  • Payment and accounting providers (such as Xero)

  • Marketing and advertising platforms, once such tools are in use (such as Meta or Google)

  • Professional advisors (such as accountants or consultants)

  • Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law

  • A third party in the event of a business sale, transfer, or restructure

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any third parties handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our third-party service providers (such as Google and Xero) may store or process personal information overseas, including in countries such as the United States.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients comply with the Australian Privacy Principles or are subject to similar privacy protections.

Anonymity and pseudonymity

Where practicable, you may choose to interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, in many cases we may require your personal information to provide our services.
